Market Segment Manager for Medical Technology and Plastics

As a mechanical engineer specializing in plastics technology, Erhard Krampe is interested in plastics and their processing through injection molding, extrusion, and various specialized processes. One of his main areas of focus is silicone elastomers and multi-component technologies, particularly in medical technology applications. For the past 8 years, Erhard Krampe has been responsible for the medical technology market segment at Plasmatreat GmbH. The Plasmatreat Academy was founded at the end of 2019, and he serves as its manager for technology transfer and knowledge exchange.

Johanna Hausmann

Research Associate at Neue Materialien Bayreuth GmbH

Johanna Hausmann is a materials scientist at Neue Materialien Bayreuth GmbH in Bayreuth, Germany. Her research focuses on specialized injection molding techniques, particularly Polyurethane In-Mold Coating. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Plastics Technology and a Master's degree in Applied Materials Science. In addition to her current role, she has previously worked as a Materials Engineer for the automotive supplier MAHLE Filtersysteme GmbH and gained practical experience in various laboratories, including BASF Polyurethanes GmbH and CBIT at Universitat Politecnica de Valencia, during her studies.
