Plasmatreat Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (PTAP) is a subsidiary of Germany-based Plasmatreat GmbH, a leading manufacturer of atmospheric plasma treatment and coating equipment. Established in 2012, PTAP serves our customers in South East Asia, including India and Australia/NZ.
Plasmatreat's presence at the German Center in Singapore represents a strategic hub for cutting-edge innovation and technological advancement in surface treatment solutions. Positioned within this dynamic environment, the Plasmatreat office serves as a nucleus for collaborative research, development, and customer engagement. Regional Headquarter
Since 2012 we manage, lead & drive all of Plasmatreat's sales & service activities in the region. Through direct customer consultancy, we enable our clients to successfully integrate & operate our innovative Openair-Plasma® treatment systems for industrial fine cleaning & surface activation as well as our PlasmaPlus® functional coating technologies. We organize & participate in trade shows, seminars & exhibitions and actively support our vast network of service engineers & sales partners throughout the region to be able to serve our customers in the most efficient and effective way possible.
R&D & Application Lab
Through our state-of-the-art R&D & Application Laboratory here in Singapore, our application experts are able to conduct detailed customer trials & process assessments. This ensures that every application is tested, evaluated & proven before implementation and integration in the field. Furthermore, we closely collaborate with leading education & research institutes like A*Star, NTU & NUS as well as R&D & process evaluation experts on the customer’s side.
Service & Training Centre
Customer proximity and swift reaction times are at the core of what we do and are key success factors for a long and trusted relationship with our clients. Therefore, we manage and operate our Regional Service & Training Centre right here in Singapore. Not only are we able to deliver all regular spare parts promptly, we are also capable to provide fast & efficient service & support – remotely or directly on site. We conduct regular service & maintenance trainings to educate the responsible service teams and ensure long-term stability & reliability in our customer's manufacturing processes.
Customer-specific application evaluation
Our Openair-Plasma® experts are looking forward to speak with you about your specific application and production situation. After an initial analysis and consultation, we provide a free plasma process evaluation right here in our lab in Singapore. Our findings are summarized in a detailed lab report that shows the process improvements that were achieved and how they can be translated to your specific application.
